The latest California bill in response to the measles fearmongering propaganda “scare” which would ban parents from exempting their children from vaccinations on the basis of personal grounds is moving ahead in the state, a bill co-sponsored by a Senator on the Big Pharma take.
Here’s what Reuters had to say about the progression of medical tyranny in California yesterday:
The measure passed the state Senate health committee by a vote of 6-2, the bill’s co-author, Democrat Richard Pan, said in a statement.
“I’ve personally witnessed the suffering caused by vaccine-preventable diseases, and all children deserve to be safe at school,” said Pan, who is also a pediatrician.
“The personal belief exemption is now putting other school children and people in our community in danger.”
In danger? Gee, that sounds awfully dangerous.
Why is it scaremongering? Reuters continued:
Pan proposed the bill, which would leave in place medical exemptions to vaccinations, in the wake of a major measles outbreak in the state that began at Disneyland in December.
All told, more than 150 people across the United Sates have been diagnosed with measles in recent months, 126 of them in California.
Note that 15 million-plus people a year visit Disneyland, and there are 38.8 million people in that state, so out of the whopping 0.0003% of people in California who actually contracted measles during this outbreak (measles which, just by the way, weren’t so scary before Big Pharma had vaccines to peddle), no one has died.
All these mainstream articles keep quoting the bill’s so-sponsor Senator and pediatrician Dr. Richard Pan as if he should have any credibility whatsoever in this situation.
The man long ago sold his credibility to the very companies producing (and profiting) off the measles vaccinations Dr. Pan is attempting to legally force on parents and children in his state.

Predictably, but unfortunately, California’s bill to force vaccinations despite religious and philosophical beliefs – ostensibly guaranteed by the 1st Amendment – has been introduced by a pediatrician and state senator with ties to the vaccine industry.
Dr. Pan was among more than two dozen California lawmakers who received campaign donations on record from Merck in the 2010 election cycle, ahead of supporting a 2011 law allowing girls as young as 12 years old to receive Gardasil vaccinations for HPV (manufactured by Merck) without parental consent.
Senator Dr. Richard Pan already authored legislation in 2012 that forces parents to consult with doctor (and receive scary sounding information about vaccines) before using an exemption for vaccinations.
Now, Dr. Pan is insisting that parents should have no say in whether kindergartners and other school aged children should receive vaccinations either…
The guy is on record paid for by the very companies who stand to benefit financially from limiting people’s medical freedom and ability to decide what goes inside their children’s bodies.
Again, there’s a reason founding father Dr. Benjamin Rush wanted medical freedom officially added to the Constitution back in the day. He foresaw today and this very scenario happening right now not just in California but in states across the nation where bills are seeking to end parent’s rights on vaccinations:
“Unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution, the time will come when medicine will organize into an undercover dictatorship to restrict the art of healing to one class of Men and deny equal privileges to others; the Constitution of the Republic should make a Special privilege for medical freedoms as well as religious freedom.” ~ Dr. Benjamin Rush
Corrupt establishment tools like Dr. Pan are that very reason.
